The JAN 9313 16x16 is a square tile made of high-quality Portland cement and colored with pigments. This tile is ideal for both floors and walls. It has a matte finish, which gives it a rustic vintage appearance. What makes this tile truly special is that it is handmade, making each piece unique. The JAN 9313 16x16 is specially designed for indoor use and is heat-resistant, making it suitable for underfloor heating. With its authentic appearance, this tile adds a touch of vintage charm to any space.
Our cement tiles, also known as Portuguese or pattern tiles, are 100% handmade. The tiles are ISO 2014:9001 and TUV certified and manufactured in Vietnam. They are not fired but pressed, resulting in a low ecological footprint.

Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping
From our extensive stock, we can deliver anywhere in Europe within 4 to 5 working days. However, when creating custom projects, delivery times and shipping will always be discussed. Normally, we deliver with reputable carriers, but you can also pick up the tiles yourself from our warehouse in Alkmaar or our showroom in Breda. Returns of tiles are only accepted in undamaged, unopened boxes and at your own cost.
Ordering Samples
To get a good impression of our products, we always recommend ordering a few examples/samples beforehand. The sample costs will be deducted from any potential order.

Warranty
The warranty period is always one year after delivery. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and when using our Lithofin laying and maintenance products. Claims cannot be made for tiles that have already been installed.
