The White Hexagon Aged/Antique Terracotta 15x17.5x2 is a hexagonal tile made of high-quality clay material. This tile is ideal for both floors and walls. Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping: 

Normally, we deliver with reputable transport companies, but you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Alkmaar or our showroom in Breda. Tiles that are returned must be in undamaged full packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.
 

Guarantee: 

The guarantee is valid for one year from the delivery date. The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and applies only if you use our prescribed maintenance products. We do not accept claims for already installed tiles.
 

Ordering Samples:

 
To get a good idea of the tiles you are interested in, we always recommend ordering some samples. For a significant order of a floor or wall, we will credit the value of the samples.

  • In-stock items in NL/BE are delivered within 2 working days.
  • European deliveries take approx. 4–5 working days.
  • For out-of-stock or custom-made products, delivery may take longer depending on production and transport. Please contact us for these lead times.
  • Terracotta tiles are handmade, so slight variations in size and thickness may occur.
  • Color nuances between tiles are normal and a characteristic feature of Terrazzo tiles.
  • Terracotta tiles are ISO certified and TÜV tested.
  • Claims regarding defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt; complaints about already installed tiles are not accepted.
  • Before grouting impregnate with Lithofin pre-wax finish, after grouting impregnate with Lithofin wax finish. Impregnation with Lithofin waxfinish annually is recommended.
  • Terracotta tiles s are not frost-resistant – outdoor use is at your own risk. Terracotta tiles are suitable for underfloor heating and can also be used in wet areas.
  • Warranty is 1 year from delivery date against manufacturing defects.
  • Color and size variations, small irregularities or imperfections are not covered by the warranty.
  • Use of non-approved laying or maintenance products can void the warranty.
  • Complaints about tiles that have already been installed will not be accepted.
  • With proper care, Terracotta tiles will last a lifetime.
