Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping: 

Normally, we deliver with reputable transport companies, but you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Alkmaar or our showroom in Breda. Tiles that are returned must be in undamaged full packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.

 

Guarantee: 

The guarantee is valid for one year from the delivery date. The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and applies only if you use our prescribed maintenance products. We do not accept claims for already installed tiles.

 

Ordering Samples:

 

To get a good idea of the tiles you are interested in, we always recommend ordering some samples. For a significant order of a floor or wall, we will credit the value of the samples.
