The Cremona ceramic 18x18 is a square tile made of high-quality ceramic material, ideal for walls. This ceramic tile has a glossy finish, giving it a modern look. What sets this tile apart is that it is suitable for walls and is handmade, making each piece unique. This tile is specially designed for indoor use and is resistant to heat, but not suitable for underfloor heating. With its authentic appearance, the Cremona ceramic 18x18 adds a touch of vintage charm to any space.

Literally translated, Terracotta means 'cooked earth'. That's precisely what it is – clay and water baked in an oven, and that's all. Terracotta is one of the oldest building materials in the world. The ancient Chinese, Mesopotamians, Greeks, and Romans used it. Terracotta retains warmth well and, thanks to its 'breathable properties,' ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping: 

Normally, we deliver with reputable transport companies, but you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Alkmaar or our showroom in Breda. Tiles that are returned must be in undamaged full packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.
 

Guarantee: 

The guarantee is valid for one year from the delivery date. The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and applies only if you use our prescribed maintenance products. We do not accept claims for already installed tiles.
 

Ordering Samples:

 
To get a good idea of the tiles you are interested in, we always recommend ordering some samples. For a significant order of a floor or wall, we will credit the value of the samples.

  • Terracotta tiles are handmade, so slight variations in size and thickness may occur.
  • Color nuances between tiles are normal and a characteristic feature of Terrazzo tiles.
  • Terracotta tiles are ISO certified and TÜV tested.
  • Claims regarding defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt; complaints about already installed tiles are not accepted.
  • Before grouting impregnate with Lithofin pre-wax finish, after grouting impregnate with Lithofin wax finish. Impregnation with Lithofin waxfinish annually is recommended.
  • Terracotta tiles s are not frost-resistant – outdoor use is at your own risk. Terracotta tiles are suitable for underfloor heating and can also be used in wet areas.
  • Warranty is 1 year from delivery date against manufacturing defects.
  • Color and size variations, small irregularities or imperfections are not covered by the warranty.
  • Use of non-approved laying or maintenance products can void the warranty.
  • Complaints about tiles that have already been installed will not be accepted.
  • With proper care, Terracotta tiles will last a lifetime.
