Product description

Kiesel Servoperl Royal is a high-quality cement-based grout mortar in compliance with DIN EN 13888 CG 2 WA, designed for joint widths of 1–10 mm.
Thanks to its very dense mortar structure, this grout offers outstanding properties in terms of mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. Special cement types provide significantly higher resistance to chemical cleaning agents compared to conventional grouts.

With excellent workability and fast curing, joint washout is avoided. Kiesel Servoperl Royal does not burn and can be applied indoors, outdoors, and under water. It is suitable for grouting ceramic and handmade tiles—particularly absorbent tiles, but also non-absorbent ones in wet areas—as well as on underfloor heating, plasterboard partitions, and areas exposed to heavy loads.

Application

• Always test tile surfaces for suitability and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
• To ensure consistent color, only use material from the same batch.
• Before grouting, the adhesive/mortar must be cured, dry, and the joints must be clean and of uniform depth.
• Mix Kiesel Servoperl Royal with clean water to a lump-free, homogeneous, creamy mortar with even color.
• First fill joints perpendicular, then diagonally, ensuring they are fully filled.
• Once the grout begins to set, wash with a sponge float using as little water as possible.
• The grout is sufficiently firm when it can only be slightly indented with a fingertip.
• Any residual haze can be removed after approx. 1 hour with a sponge float. Do not dust off. Thickened material must not be reused.
• During curing, avoid direct sunlight and drafts.

* At +20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Higher temperatures/lower humidity shorten drying time; lower temperatures/higher humidity extend it.
