Due to a complete renovation of our new house, we already have a lot of experience with different tile stores. At Tegel BV, we bought our beautiful zellige tiles (vieux rose). We are very happy with their service. We had ordered far too many, but returning them was no problem at all and we received our money back without any hassle. Other tile stores could really learn from this. Our experience is that at other tile stores (including Design Tegels) this is absolutely not possible and they make it very difficult.
