Right of return.
It is of course possible that your delivery does not meet your expectations. You can return the delivery to our warehouse in Alkmaar at any time. The following rules apply here;
1) It is important that you check the tiles immediately upon arrival of your order. If tiles arrive broken and you send us the photos there, we will send you new materials free of charge.
2) If you want to return the tiles, you must inform us by email at least within 24 hours after delivery. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3) Of course you always have 14 days to change your mind to accept or reject the shipment.
4) If you decide to cancel the shipment, please contact us so that we can make arrangements about the return shipment.
5) Returning your order is always at your expense.
6) We can organize the return transport for you, whereby we will inform you in advance about the costs.
7) You can also return the tiles yourself in Alkmaar, which is possible from Monday to Friday between 0.900 and 17.00.
8) Because all our products are handmade, you can not complain about deviations in sizes, color differences, and unevenness of the tiles.
9) Complaints cannot be made on tiles that have already been placed on the floor or wall.
10) Products made especially for you can never be returned and must be paid 100% in advance.
11) Any refunds will always be returned by bank transfer to the bank account number you used to pay for the order.
12) We do our very best to guarantee a delivery date, but as supply lines become increasingly irregular there may be delays beyond our control. In the event of unexpected delays, we will inform you immediately and seek a solution in consultation.
