Return procedure

You may return your products to us within 14 days of receipt provided you follow the following procedure.

Please let us know at least 5 working days in advance that you are returning goods by completing the form below.
The transport costs to our warehouse are at your own expense.
We only accept returns of materials in original, undamaged and unopened boxes.
The return shipment must be neatly packaged so that the materials are not damaged during transport.
You must be present when the transporter comes to collect the goods.
You cannot return samples and custom-made products.
If you would like us to collect the goods, please mention this in your email and we will let you know the price.
Use the return address below for returns, stating your order number.

I have read, understood, and accepted the return procedure.

I arrange and use a carrier of my choice.

De Tegel collects the shipment with its own carrier.
