Ordering
We always recommend ordering a few samples before making a large purchase. Samples provide a good impression of how the tiles will look in your project. However, it is possible that the delivered tiles may differ slightly from the samples. Small color variations are characteristic of handmade products.
Items in stock are delivered within 2 to 4 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium (unless stated otherwise), and within 5 working days to other countries in Europe. For items that are not in stock, we recommend contacting our customer service team. They will advise you and provide the most up-to-date delivery time.
Bezorgkosten
We apply two different types of shipping fees:
Shipping costs for pallets:
Pallet shipping costs for all other countries are calculated afterward and sent to you via email. These costs depend on the weight of your order combined with the exact delivery location.
