When are you open?
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Do you have products in stock?
Yes, we always have the most common items in stock. We also receive weekly container shipments to replenish our stock. You can check the stock level of each product on our webshop.
Can I order tiles online?
Yes, of course you can order tiles online through our webshop. We always recommend ordering a sample first to get a good impression or visiting one of our dealers for advice.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we are an internationally oriented company and deliver worldwide.
Do you have a showroom where we can visit?
Yes, we have a showroom in Breda and a warehouse showroom in Alkmaar. If you'd like to visit, please make an appointment via the digital calendar on our website.
I’m an architect/designer, can I bring my client to the showroom?
Yes, absolutely! Just make an appointment in advance via the digital calendar on our website.
Do I always have to pay for transport?
Yes, in principle, unless you pick up the order yourself.
Within the Netherlands: €65 per pallet (up to 1,000 kg)
To Belgium: €75 per pallet (up to 1,000 kg)
Other countries: price upon request.
Can I pick up my tiles myself?
Yes, you can collect your tiles from our warehouse in Alkmaar or, by arrangement, from our showroom in Breda. Always contact us in advance so we can prepare your order. Pickup is only possible during office hours and not on weekends. Call +31 (0)76 572 90 82 or email: groothandel@tegelbv.com
How long is the warranty?
After payment of the invoice, the warranty is valid for one year and covers manufacturing defects. Color and size variations, or small imperfections are part of the handmade tile industry and are not covered. We also cannot accept claims for installed tiles or mishandled products.
Can I return tiles?
Yes, returns are possible. See the Return Procedure on our website for step-by-step instructions.
Can I pay on account?
No, we do not offer payment on account, but you can pay afterwards via Klarna.
Do you install the tiles yourselves?
No, we do not provide installation services.
How many samples can I order?
We recommend ordering at least 4 tiles per reference. We may send a smaller size than the actual product. This gives a good indication, but the final delivery may still vary from the samples.
Do you deduct sample costs from an order?
Yes, you will receive a unique code with your sample order. If you enter this code when placing a wall or floor tile order, we will credit the sample costs. Note: the email address must be the same for both orders.
I live in a location where large trucks can’t reach. What now?
No problem, let us know when placing your order and we’ll send a small truck or delivery van.
Do you deliver the tiles inside the house?
No, we deliver the tiles to the front door.
How should I maintain the tiles?
Please read our installation and maintenance guide. Only use the cleaning products we recommend.
Do you have discounted tiles?
Yes, we have a factory outlet. It features products that are being discontinued and are sold at attractive prices. But: when they’re gone, they’re gone.
I’m not sure what to choose, can I get advice?
Yes, we have experienced team members who are happy to help. Feel free to contact us.
I don’t speak Dutch very well, do you speak other languages?
Yes, besides Dutch we speak English, French, German, Italian, and Yugoslavian.
I want to order something that’s not in stock, what’s the delivery time?
That depends on the product and is influenced by workshop capacity and shipping schedules. Contact us for exact delivery times.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, you can. If you're registered with the Chamber of Commerce, just enter your VAT number on the order form.
If my project is delayed, can you store the tiles until I need them?
Generally no, but if really necessary we can store them. The cost is €3.00 per pallet space per week, plus €15.00 for intake and €15.00 for release. These fees must be paid before we ship the order.
Do you also make custom products?
Yes, custom work is possible for nearly all collections. Keep in mind that lead times can be long and custom items cannot be returned. For custom orders, we always require a 50% deposit.
