QUOTATION
- Quotations expire after 30 days.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Orders should be submitted via email: groothandel@tegelbv.nl
- Order confirmations will be sent to the buyer via email. If the order confirmation is incorrect, the buyer must report it. If De Tegel bv does not receive a notification within 8 working days after sending the order confirmation, it will be considered correct and complete.
- De Tegel bv sends an order confirmation to the buyer within 3 working days. If the buyer has not received the order confirmation, De Tegel bv has not received the order.
- All orders must include a desired delivery date. If no delivery date is specified, De Tegel will deliver at the next available opportunity. An agreed delivery date can be extended by the buyer by a maximum of 15 working days. If De Tegel bv does not receive a delivery date, the order will not be reserved.
- If the dealer does not provide a delivery date, De Tegel bv cannot reserve the order any longer for the dealer. So if an order is in stock at the time of confirmation, but De Tegel bv does not receive a desired delivery date, De Tegel bv cannot guarantee availability.
The buyer must provide the delivery date at least 3 working days in advance.
TRANSPORT COSTS NETHERLANDS:Transport costs are always calculated based on the weight per package and the delivery address.
1 pallet with a weight up to 1,000 kg to an address in the Netherlands costs €65.00.
1 pallet with a weight up to 1,000 kg to an address in Belgium costs €75.00.
Transport prices outside the Netherlands and Belgium are available upon request.
All the above prices are dealer prices excluding VAT.
- A surcharge of 200% applies to the Wadden Islands.
Carrier: De Graaf Logistics Delivery times from 08:00 to 18:00
- Additionally, it is possible to guarantee delivery by a specific time. The times that can be guaranteed and the associated surcharges are: Before 09:00 - €45.00 Before 10:00 - €30.00 Before 12:00 - €15.00
- These time guarantees do not apply to the Wadden Islands. The delivery time can be confirmed on the day of delivery.
All the above prices are dealer prices excluding VAT. Deliveries must be accepted. If no one is present, the order will be returned, and De Tegel BV will charge the extra costs.
RETURNSDe Tegel bv never accepts returns. Due to the nature of our handmade products, this is not possible. Therefore, always ensure your order is correct.
ORDER PICKUP
- Provide the pickup date at least 3 working days in advance via email: groothandel@tegelbv.nl
- Pickups are possible on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
- If the buyer does not pick up the order personally, the name of the person or carrier must be provided via email: groothandel@tegelbv.nl
- Private customers of the buyer can pick up orders. These orders cannot be changed upon pickup.
- The pickup date must be specified when placing the order. If the order is not picked up on the agreed pickup date, the order will be automatically canceled.
DELIVERY TIMEThe delivery times provided by De Tegel bv commence on the day the agreement is established.
PAYMENT TERMS
- For orders via the website, payment must be made at the time of ordering.
- For retailer orders, payment is due 14 days after delivery.
CLAIMS
- Always check upon delivery whether the shipment matches the order.
- If incorrect, inform us immediately via email: groothandel@tegelbv.nl
- Minor imperfections, small color and size variations are part of handmade tiles and will not be honored as claims.
- Claims for already processed tiles will not be honored.
