Terrazzo Black
We currently do not offer a deep black terrazzo tile, as our handcrafted Collezione Sassi is intentionally designed around warm, natural shades. If you are looking for a darker appearance, we recommend the darkest options within our collection or a custom-made terrazzo floor tailored to your project.
Do we offer black terrazzo tiles?
In short: we do not currently offer a completely black terrazzo tile.
Authentic hydraulically pressed terrazzo owes its character to the light stone aggregates that remain visible throughout the surface. As a result, achieving a completely deep black colour is extremely difficult. That is why we focus on the darkest shades that genuine terrazzo can naturally produce.
Feel free to order a sample, as the amount of natural light in a room has a significant impact on how a dark floor will ultimately appear.
Dark terrazzo in your interior
Dark terrazzo needs sufficient light to show its full potential. In well-lit spaces, it creates an elegant appearance with depth and presence. In smaller or darker rooms, however, a dark floor can make the space feel smaller.
Dust and dirt also tend to be more visible on darker floors. Proper sealing and regular maintenance are therefore especially important.
