Product description

The Autumn Line Small 14x7x1.6 is a square tile made of high-quality Portland cement and colored with pigments. This tile is ideal for both floors and walls and has a matte finish, giving it a rustic vintage look. What sets this tile apart is that it is handmade, making each piece unique. In addition, this tile is specially designed for indoor use and is resistant to heat, making it suitable for underfloor heating. With its authentic appearance, the Autumn Line Small 14x7x1.6 adds a touch of vintage charm to any space.

Our cement tiles, also known as Portuguese or pattern tiles, are 100% handmade. The tiles are ISO 2014:9001 and TUV certified and manufactured in Vietnam. They are not fired but pressed, resulting in a low ecological footprint.

Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping

 
From our extensive stock, we can deliver anywhere in Europe within 4 to 5 working days. However, when creating custom projects, delivery times and shipping will always be discussed. Normally, we deliver with reputable carriers, but you can also pick up the tiles yourself from our warehouse in Alkmaar or our showroom in Breda. Returns of tiles are only accepted in undamaged, unopened boxes and at your own cost.
 

Ordering Samples

 
To get a good impression of our products, we always recommend ordering a few examples/samples beforehand. The sample costs will be deducted from any potential order.

Warranty

 
The warranty period is always one year after delivery. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and when using our Lithofin laying and maintenance products. Claims cannot be made for tiles that have already been installed.

  • In-stock items in NL/BE are delivered within 2 working days.
  • European deliveries take approx. 4–5 working days.
  • For out-of-stock or custom-made products, delivery may take longer depending on production and transport. Please contact us for these lead times.
  • Cement tiles are handmade, so slight variations in size and thickness may occur.
  • Color nuances between tiles are normal and a characteristic feature of cement tiles.
  • Cement tiles are ISO certified and TÜV tested.
  • Claims regarding defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt; complaints about already installed tiles are not accepted.
  • Tiles are impregnated twice before shipping, but must be impregnated again after installation (immediately after placing and again after grouting).
  • Thereafter, impregnation should be repeated annually depending on usage.
  • Cement tiles are not frost-resistant – outdoor use is at your own risk.
  • Installation in full sun is not recommended due to risk of fading; claims for sun-related discoloration are not accepted.
  • Cement tiles are suitable for underfloor heating and can also be used in wet areas.
  • Warranty is 1 year from delivery date against manufacturing defects.
  • Color and size variations, small irregularities or imperfections are not covered by the warranty.
  • Use of non-approved laying or maintenance products can void the warranty. 
  • Complaints about tiles that have already been installed will not be accepted.
  • With proper care, cement tiles will last a lifetime.
