If you are looking for beautiful tiles and fantastic service, I would definitely recommend going to Tegel BV. They were able to deliver immediately (instead of 3-month waiting times) and helped us find a good tiler. Even when we wanted to exchange some tiles for a different color and needed to reorder, it was handled without any issues. All of this at a very reasonable price and with friendly, fast communication. And the end result is fantastic :) I know where I'll go for my tiles from now on.

We recently ordered wall tiles from Tegel BV, and we are extremely satisfied with the service. Sead helped us very well from the very beginning. After receiving the samples, we discovered that the tiles we wanted (Alhambra Bejmat no. 22 Sable) were temporarily out of stock. Sead kept us neatly informed when they were back in stock.

He then provided excellent advice on the number of square meters we needed for our toilet project. The delivery went smoothly and the tiles were perfectly packaged. Thanks to the precise work of our tiler, we even had an unopened box left. Sead also helped us greatly with this, allowing us to return it easily.

Due to a complete renovation of our new house, we already have a lot of experience with different tile stores. At Tegel BV, we bought our beautiful zellige tiles (vieux rose). We are very happy with their service. We had ordered far too many, but returning them was no problem at all and we received our money back without any hassle. Other tile stores could really learn from this. Our experience is that at other tile stores (including Design Tegels) this is absolutely not possible and they make it very difficult. We are very satisfied with Tegel BV! Fast delivery, friendly service, and a huge selection of beautiful tiles that are just a bit different from the standard range.
